Disassociate is the word of the day. Thank you. I have a sweatshirt that says disassociating is a human

right. It is. I was like, okay. I wear it a lot. Well, I know that like my whole, what I call analog life, like the things that I focus on

to make myself happy, bring myself joy, be creative, like those are all, well, I don't know

that I'm disassociating, but I'm... Maybe I am.

I'm occupying my brain with happier things deliberately.
