We told you that if you sign up as a new member to Patreon through the app on an iPhone or through on an Apple device, right?

Through the Patreon app on an Apple device, Apple's going to charge you 30% extra.

That's not money that goes to the podcast.

That's just Apple saying thank you very much for using our payment system.

And so we have, if you're an existing patron, that's not a problem.

So the solution to that is to go to patreon.com on a browser and not the app and become a new member

that way so you don't get charged that extra surcharge. So but then someone contacted me and she,

I noticed that she paid higher than the normal amount and she believes it's because she used

Apple pay. Hmm. So I don't know. I mean,

just check it out. Okay, here's how we, here's how we solve this. If you are signing up for

stockinette chair, cheer, tier, stocking that cheer, there's plenty of cheer.

There's plenty of cheer.

And it's charging you more than $5 rather than just a normal tax maybe that you might

have for your state or whatever.

Yeah.

That is, I'm not charging you that.
