And today we're going to talk about fitness and how you can become a fit person because

you'll live a long time.

I'm good because I'm a fit man. And because I'm a fin man, I feel good in myself.

Yeah, that's great, so I'm also a fit man I'm a PT I just did I just

did the three-day course down at the say a B I 9 A B E or I C Institute and they I did that three day course they signed me right up and I'm at a gym now.

I'm currently I'm not really at the gym much of the day. I'm out on the street. I'm sort of giving out

sessions out on Chapel Street sort of signing people up, you know, encouraging them.

And I've just, I've got a question about, you know, I've got a lot of Fatsos coming in and

just trying to keep it positive for them, you know, like, I personally I find them them like they make me sick and I I just try to like you know
