I know it sounds like we don't do this when you listen to our

podcast but we usually legitimately put in five minutes of preparation before

every podcast that we do. Nothing goes out and it's just like let's do it unless that is the

joke itself in which we have talked about that for five minutes that we're going to

go in with no preparation. We actually don't do that. But because today is a

special day we decided what we're going to do is we're

going to literally just come in and be sincere for half an hour quite honestly because

today is a very special day, isn't it boys?
