the popular wrecking ball of a tight end for Iowa State over the last four years.

He is currently in Nashville, Tennessee preparing for the 2021 NFL draft within this podcast Dylan and I of course we talk

about his awesome career at Iowa State but we also dig into the future of the

Campbell program the future of the Campbell program, the culture of the Iowa State football program.

And of course we look ahead to his NFL career where Dylan is really catching the eye of scouts.

And I do think that he'll be drafted and hopefully he continues.

All right, Dylan, well, first of all, you are preparing for the NFL draft, tell the fans just a little bit like what

are you up to these days?

What's a day in the life of Dylan Sainter like right now?

Yeah, so we're, you know, I'm obviously at a training facility. I get up Monday, Wednesday,

Friday or heavy like, you know, speed training, weight training days. So, you you know breakfast at 6 a.m. and you get a

speed workout in the morning usually lasts until about 8.30 a little break after
