After spending some time being witnessed to my own cells, I had a thought that triggered

a stress response in my body, and that thought resonated somewhere in my chest area.

It was a worry I was harboring about something I was hoping for, and I was so focused on

my cells at that moment that I was able to see the reaction my negative thought had within

my body.

To worry in my chest momentarily, paralyzed my cells, and temporarily removed them from

the flow they are used to.

From that brief moment of anxiety and worry, my cells suffered.

I realized a very important lesson.
