emotions of bees. This one went out with a great headline. Don't worry, bees happy. Dave,

was that, was that you? That was not me. That goes to, credit goes to John Travis, our managing editor,

but one of my favorite headlines, certainly of the past week.

And this story is really about, yeah, well, do bees experience any sort of emotions, whether

it's happiness, optimism isn't really an emotion, but optimism has been tied to happiness.

So the idea behind this paper is that bumblebees can feel emotions.

But one of the odd things is the

bees' emotions are triggered by sugar. Is that really an emotional response? Does sugar affect

people's emotions? Well, sugar makes us happy. Oh, it does. It actually has been shown to make us
