it is april the eighth and i'm mentioning the date because two days, those of you who are 1099 employees,

which is the bulk of you, who are in other words receiving your real estate commissions and whatnot,

as a 1099 versus being a W2 employee of your own said corporation, will be able to apply for the PPP.

Now, there are four distinct programs that all of you, most of you, will be

getting money from, and from unemployment insurance to the SBA's PPP to the, what am I forgetting,

Julie? Forbearances. Forbearances. And the stimulus check. All right, no, there's another one. We've

forgot one. Anyway, here's the thing jillie i've been having money

thrown at you just say yes please and thank you yes please yes please yes please that's the answer so uh we've

been talking about this topic endlessly and because it's the most relevant possible thing we could

think of as a way to help you guys this is essentially the government's lifeline to all of you

and so we're not

going to drill down too much on that. But I'm going to remind all of you, if you're listening to
