So what Brad and I are going to be doing is we're going to be drilling down, obviously, on what's

happening right now in the real estate industry. I'm sure all of you, hopefully all of you, have been reading

Brad's website in the news features every single day because they're always the best that, you know,

the breaking news that's relevant to the real estate industry. So, Brad, from your perspective,

how about a big general question that's impossible to answer? From your

perspective, where do you think we're going to be in, say, 60 to 90 days? Well, right now,

Jim, we're all at home sitting around, creating podcasts. So that's what's going on right

this second. I never seen so much digital media in my life.
