Three, two, one, and we are back. Hey, it is June the 30th, 2020. We've made it. Halfway through the

year. We're still half of the year yet to go, which for some of you seems

like a daunting thought, but for the rest of you, it should be exciting because you still

have a half year.

And I just had a fantastic coaching call with someone down Charleston, South Carolina, and I

know Julie's been experiencing a lot of these types of calls, too,

you know, coaching calls where people were, in essence,

they're buyers and sellers who were sort of, you know, sitting on the sidelines

and, you know, just buying their time, waiting for all the stars aligned.

And all of a sudden, the pandemic hits,

and they're now finding themselves motivated

because what's happening is there's a psychological counterbalance to essentially being quarantined

and just all these you know essentially people are without verbalizing it realizing that you

only live once in your dead a real long time i mean that is the essence of it. And so there was a,

what was it, frugality fatigue that basically hit after 0708. And that was part of the reason you saw

this big boom and luxury items. There's so many luxury brands that went to the next level
