I know you're supposed to start these shows with energy and excitement and I feel like I've already failed you

Well as I proved last week we don't start over we don't start recording over again. We just go so yeah, we're going. I I spent this weekend in a hurricane

Which sounds like a really cool 80s rock lyric and was not I went to Clemson to watch Notre Dame and Clemson play and then around

245 in the morning decided that was enough for me, sat in hurricane traffic and

then spent all day, Sunday traveling home.

It's been a, I think we're in the grind, those of us who work in the industry who like to

complain about our jobs to people who don't have these jobs.

But that being said, I watched a really interesting game in really terrible weather and

it's only going to further the complication that is the top of college

football. I also made a real cheeky comment on Twitter yesterday that I think a

bunch of my colleagues got mad about and that's that I just don't care about anyone's playoff 4 anymore because no one is even close to right.

No one is even close to insightful, I think.

Which is funny because here in a second you and I will both be going on

Espination selection committee to discuss our top four picks. Well yeah I mean you know

you got to click on our stuff because because it's good it's it's worthwhile I got to stay in golden

furs over here I don't know about you but yeah we're all just guessing so what I saw

Clemson was a really good defensive front in Clemson and Brent Vinnables is just,

I feel like we're not talking about him enough, he makes a ton of money, he leaves Oklahoma,

I think he winds up in a situation that actually really

benefits him and the kind of player that they can recruit to Clemson. That was the

thing that stuck out to me the most in that game. It was sort of the marquee game of the night.
