We have a few housekeeping things.

Then we're going to talk about energy a little bit, the new year, and a very special announcement

of a trip that those of you who are interested, we are going to do together. So let's fasten our

seat belts. You've noticed some videos from Aspen and soon to be from Sedona. That was part of a

coaching project that I did with Fred Dodson back in December.

And all I can say is after recording all these books with Fred, O-M-G.

So the last book, you know, was intuition training.

And when I did the call with Fred, that's podcast number 82, I had an intuitive prompt to just ask him

about coaching. So I did, and we struck up an arrangement, and we did some coaching together in

December. And one of the things that he completely encouraged me to do was to get busy with

videos. So why not a better place than right here?

So I've had some of you enjoy them and some of you have said that you prefer the audio. I don't know if it's wise to mix audio and video.

And it took a while to figure out how to host the videos and get them on to the to iTunes but I got all that technical

stuff figured out so for me pardon me but that was a little bit of me just figuring out a

technical path to be able to do this in the future the other podcast that I'm doing was

Sarah Potter the stock podcast called she Can Trade, is segregated. So the audio only goes to iTunes, and the video goes only to YouTube. And maybe that's a better way to do it. I don't know. If you have an opinion on that, I would love to hear from you because I'm kind of, this is a new trail.

And I would like to know what works best for you.

I've had some say that they prefer the audio because you can listen to it while you're driving and do other things.

I think you can listen to the, I mean, you can engage the audio only and just set the phone down and go about your business
