And I was actually had a surprise guest this week. I was going to go solo with you guys.

But my good friend, former Army Ranger Tim,, shot me message and wanted to jump on. So, Tim, how you doing, bro? Pretty good, man. You're feeling a little, you said you got a little cold. I'm suffering. I'm like getting my ass kicked right now by allergies. So you'll hear me and Tim, like, periodically, like, snorting and sniff sniffling but we'll try not to gross you guys

out too much. Yeah, I'm on like day five or six right now. Recovery a little. Yeah, that's, and we got the October Fest going on down the street. You can hear the, it's like five blocks away. There's like a huge parking lot concert going on. So I'd like shut up all the windows and and doors and everything else.

Um, of course we did, uh, we always like to salute our great, uh, musicians.

And, uh, we start with Tom Petty, uh, who of course passed away at 66 years old on Monday.

And his, uh, Tom Petty's longtime manager said in a statement that Mr.

Petty suffered cardiac arrest at his home in Malibu early Monday morning and was taken to the

UCLA Medical Center where he could not be revived. He was pronounced dead at 8.40 p.m.

With family members, friends, and bandmates president at the hospital. Of course, as everybody knows, I mean, he was huge for decades, you know, you can't... This is the true meaning of, like, the word rock star, you know. I think that's something that doesn't even really exist that much anymore. You know, he was from that era. His songs were staples of rock radio for decades. You could just rattle them rattle them off, right? Refugee, Free Fall, Don't Come Around Here No More, Into the Great Wide Open, running down a dream, which we just played. I mean, they were just hit after hit after hit. He sold millions of albums. I don't have the exact number in front of me. I'm sure it's the many tens of millions of albums. He played the Super Bowl

halftime show in 2008, and he was entered into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
