Well that began many years with Berkshire Hathaway as a branch manager, rising through all Exec positions and to the CEO position in only 10 years. During this period, he was fortunate enough to spend quite a bit time with super investor Warren Buffet and the numerous associates and high-calibre leaders that now form his inner circle. Which was an amazing chance to view the supper achievers at close hand, working in the natural environment, and now take these lessons into his own business with Achlemy Advisors.
