SHOW DESCRIPTION: In this podcast I talk about why falling in love with your emotions is one of the best things you can do to improve your mental health! As you have heard me say many times before, we cannot run from or suppress our emotions. We need to get comfortable with feeling - even the emotions that don’t make us feel so great in the moment. We need to be okay with saying things like “I feel sad” or “I feel anxious”.

Today I'm going to talk to you about falling in love with your emotions.

0:15.1

And that may sound crazy because sometimes we just like not to have our emotions because

they're just so overwhelming.

0:20.3

Or when they're nice emotions and they make you feel great, all then we want more of

0:24.0

those.

0:25.4

But we are living in an era where emotions are really misunderstood and that's why I

0:30.6

feel such a need to share this with you.

0:36.2

1:09.4

disease and once you get rid of those you'll kind of be better or get them kind of a symptom

that you want to eliminate.
