We're going to do a part two here of one, two episodes back where we talked about the lessons from Elijah when your brook dries up.

A lot of you liked that episode.

And there's definitely a sequel in here. In fact,

there are two more. There's this one and one more, so we'll do all of those, not at this one time,

because I think I have probably about an hour's worth of notes here, and we're not going to

go that long, don't worry, but there is a lot to glean and learn from the next phase of this story,

from the Old Testament about a prophet named Elijah. Just a quick personal aside, I'm going to

dedicate this to my buddy Mike O'Sullivan. I think I've done this a couple of times in the past.

Mike was a great listener, friend, almost like a brother,

and he took an early quick exit a couple of years ago, and this is the week as I'm recording

this in May of 2024 of his birthday. So Mike, tipping my hat to you, and thanks for when you've

been showing up. I appreciate it. And thank you for

letting me have that quick moment. Now, if we go back two episodes, the story was about Elijah. You'll

have to listen to that. I'm not going to recount it because I truly seriously don't have time.

But the whole idea is that sometimes, and even in his case, by our own prophecy, by our own word,

or we could say by our own manifestation, we set an intention, we go out, and our brook dries up.

You'll have to listen to that one before this one to get the context.

Because we're going to pick up in the Old Testament. We're in the book of First Kings,

and the chapter is chapter 17. So Elijah had gone to the king. He had declared that there was

going to be a famine for at least three years,
