What do we know about what happened?

Well, here's kind of how it went down.

It was a bunch of rain, obviously.

From a storm, it swept across the Mediterranean Sea over the weekend and it caused two dams

to burst near Derna, which is a coastal city in northeastern Libya.

It's killed thousands and thousands of people.

It's washed into higher neighborhoods out to say out to sea.
