I took over a weekend last month just to try and recall the whole year, all of the

places and all of the places, wondering where they all disappeared. I didn't

ponder the question too long, I was hungry and went out for a bite, right into a

chunk with the bottle of rum and we wound up drinking all night. It's those

changes in attitudes, changes in attitudes, nothing remains quite the same. All of our

running and all of our cunning, and we couldn't laugh, we would all go insane.

in South Africa. Talk about this big fire. It killed at least 74 people in Johannesburg.

And this is one of the worst residential fires in South Africa's history. As you can

imagine, it happened in one of these kind of buildings that had been taken over, if you

will, by people kind of just squatting there. It's a five story building. It was in downtown

Johannesburg and they are still working to identify the dead. I mean, you can imagine

what happened. Well, we still don't really know exactly. They think it may have become

begun on the ground floor of the building. This building actually once housed offices

of the apartheid government. And when it did that, it served as a checkpoint for controlling

the movement of black South African workers in and out of the city. So they're kind of

describing this building as a fire trap and a disaster waiting to happen. It kind of
