We live in a society today that just doesn't encourage us to ask for help.

It's like you've got to be perfect and know everything and know how to cope with things

and asking for help is almost seen as a sign of weakness.

Meanwhile the opposite is the absolute truth.

I think for help is a sign of such incredible wisdom and such incredible strength.

If we ask for help more, then more people would ask for help and then whoever you ask for

help will be helping you and then you'll be helping others and it just pays itself forward.
