So why don't we get into it and breaking this morning. Let's start in Japan. A tour boat with

26 people aboard has gone missing with no signs of survivors. Yeah, this was, it does include two children.

It has been missing off northern Japan for a couple of hours, and it is a 19 ton ship.

It did make an emergency distress call. It was saying in the call that the bow of the vessel

had been flooded and was beginning to sink and tilt. The crew also said those on board were

wearing life jackets and that the boat was keeling at a 30 degree angle. This boat was traveling

off the western coast of Shiretoko Peninsula, if you know the area, in the northern island of Hokkaido.

There has been no contact from the boat since six patrol boats, divers, aircraft

have already been sent to the area to search for survivors. They did see high waves and strong winds

in that area according to some local fishermen. As a matter of fact, the fishing boats had returned

to port before noon because of the bad weather. And there was a warning for waves up to three meters

early 10 feet high. One expert said that the boat was likely to have run aground

after it was thrown around by the high waves, then damaged and flooded before probably sinking.

Oh, here's a little wrinkle. That same expert also said that there was a small chance
