quickie for you today. This was a little technique that I came across on social media. When I heard it, I thought,

ooh, I like that. And it was actually a very positive technique that I thought we could play with together.

So I'm going to tell you what the technique, and it is so simple that it's just going to take a couple of minutes.

But embedded in the technique is a really great subconscious mind programming technique.

So the idea is this, right before you go to bed, right before you go to sleep, actually, when your mind is in that

just drifting off state, we know that right then our subconscious mind is impressionable, right?

It's that little bit of space between being awake and being asleep.

And you have to catch it right there,

but that's when your subconscious is ready to hear suggestive programming.

into that drifting state. Just try to make your first waking thought those. Now, I know we all,

like 90-something percent of us probably, Grab our phone first thing when we wake up.
