1:10.8	civilians in an overnight attack on a village in northern Burkina Faso.
1:16.6	This is one of the deadliest attacks there in years.
1:21.5	The attackers came in the night on Friday and this is near the border with Niger and they
1:28.6	also burned homes and the village market.
1:31.4	Of course you guys been listening, you know Burkina Faso is in that Sahel region and they've
1:37.0	long faced this resurgence of extremist violence.
1:41.4	A lot of it is led by Jihadists linked to Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State.

1:55.0	violence in Mali well since they did that many members of the remaining groups including
2:01.3	all these Al-Qaeda affiliates moved south from Mali into this border region with Burkina
