| 1:19.3 | anything that doesn't have a home office. So this is maybe a micro trend, maybe a macro trend, |
| 1:23.9 | but I like it. It's causing houses to sell and it's causing the semi-rural that we're |
| 1:28.0 | definitely frustrated before, oh, it's too far out. We're not having those problems right now. |
| 1:32.3 | So that's interesting. I definitely see the loan process being a bit more complicated with |
| 1:39.8 | documentation, things like having to verify employment as close to closing as two or three days |
| 1:46.9 | before closing, kind of almost like a re-underwriting process. So make sure that you are coaching |
| 1:53.2 | your buyer clients and some of your listings are also buyer clients that this is going to happen. |
| 1:58.6 | And you may be coaching other agents that perhaps are not watching |
