I live by the beach, like right on the beach. So it's very loud outside, of course, on a Saturday.

So I feel like literally hermetically seal my place up to not get a lot of unwanted noise in here.

So by the time this podcast is over, I'll have like probably sweated out like six pounds.

Plus, not only that, but I'm like jack and steel yesterday at the local military base.

And I'm doing like, you know, hang power cleans.

That's the one where you don't set the bar all the way down.

And I'm doing like with like 135 or so.

And I just feel that little crick right in my neck, right?

And I'm like, ah, shit. So I just feel that little crick right in my neck right and I'm like oh shit so I just

drop the weight and it's no big deal it feels fine but then today I wake up and I can I can't move

my head to the left so I'm playing through pain today is what I'm saying not only can I not move my

head I'm vastly already dehydrated and still with the two and a half hours straight no breaks no editing

that you guys get every week you got to be kidding me nobody else is doing it so let's get started

with it and how about uh let's just start briefly with this hurricane update and this is hurricane

dorian as you guys know hurricanes are unpredictable, and it's hard to tell where exactly they're going to land. They still do think it's going to hit maybe somewhere in Florida. But the storm is getting stronger, and its track so far has it turning north and this is Hurricane Dorian

and it's expected to hit the northwestern Bahamas tomorrow Sunday and at first they thought well

maybe it won't be as bad but it is getting stronger they say it's up to a category four as of

now and earlier this morning it was about four hundred and it's up to a category four as of now.

And earlier this morning, it was about 415 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida.
