At BK Actual, and you guys know I often like to flog my credentials as being the only probably podcast that will go two and a half hour straight.

No breaks, no editing i might

have to caveat that a little bit today because i was pretty walloped by a cold slash flu earlier

this week and it's probably still apparent in my voice a little bit and uh look thankfully i'm on

the down slope from it but one thing that is left over is me coughing my lungs out which i've been doing

all morning so i might have to uh press the pause button here and there while i uh hack up a lung

and then resume but we'll try to keep that to a minimum and uh yeah it is 12 13 p m here on the west

coast in beautiful sunny san diego now. So why don't we go

ahead and get into it? And for the top story, I thought we'd get into this border patrol

scandal. Boy, this has really been burning me up, you guys. And this is the story, the unfortunate,

tragic story of a seven-year-old Guatemalan girl who died in Border Patrol custody.

And now basically the Border Patrol has been under fire for not adequately caring enough,

even though they have people criticizing the Border Patrol, before I even get into it, you guys,

let me just tell you.

This is a narrative, okay?

Did you notice that the second the story came out, every politician from Beto O'Rourke to Hillary Clinton to all the usual suspects who don't have shit to say when a heinous crime is committed by an illegal immigrant in the United

States who we've let back in or that a county jail has released back in the custody.

They don't have anything to say on that, but man, an unfortunate, tragic death happens and
