We've done a little intermittent podcast here and there, but we think we are

finally ready for a once a week or once about a week podcast. We chose the slowest news week

of the entire Michigan Athletics year, kind of on accident. That was a mistake on our part.

But nonetheless, we are here.

I'm here with Steve Lorenz, who's on the phone calling in.

We're going to talk lots of football, basketball, football recruiting, basketball

recruiting, and we have a special basketball recruiting guest at the end of this podcast,

four-star Michigan recruit, Gabe Brown.

But first, Steve, we're supposed to, one of our readers suggested that we talk a little

bit about ourselves in this first episode.

So you are my boss, so I know you fairly well.

But for our listeners, who is Steve Lorenz?

Yeah, I mean, I don't really know who I am.

I don't know.

So I grew up Muskegon, Michigan, went to Riesfell for high school,

went to the University of Michigan for four years, got my degree in history,

came out of college, not

sure what I really wanted to do or be, thought about law school, not doing that, probably

the best decision I've ever made.

You know, took a couple classes at UCLA.

I lived out in L.A. with my sister for a little while.
