single day. It's fun to get your emails. It's really interesting to me. So our shows all get

certain, you know, they're all indexed on Google, of course, by the titles and what the

content's all about.

So it's interesting to me when we get emails about shows that we did a while ago.

We intentionally don't date the shows or try not to date the shows because the information is evergreen.

We don't have, for example, a show that's only going to be relevant to that particular day.

Well, we do that occasionally, but really we try to stay something that's going to be useful for the ages. And it's fascinating to me when we start getting emails

from different parts of the country, from people that are searching for and discover our old

podcasts on, say, for example, distressed real estate or something like that. So it is interesting

as Julie and I have this weird position in the real estate world where

we can monitor through just watching our own analytics.

We can watch to see what people are interested in.
