I want, and then when I said that to him, he said, well, a lot of it's diet too. I said, whatever she needs to send me. I just need to know. I want to know everything. You don't have to tell me now, but I'm not kidding. I need to know everything you're doing because you are, you are fitness and athletic goals. Thank you. I appreciate that. So you famously took 10 years off of wrestling and yet you were still in this kind of shape. Were you staying ring ready for a decade?
