with all the details of Mauritio Pochitino agreeing terms to be Chelsea boss.

We've reported on Saturday that Chelsea have now reached an agreement on terms with Maritio

Pochitino to become their new permanent head coach, starting formally in the summer,

with the details of his appointment to be finalised in the coming days. Well, we are now in those days,

and as far as I know, it's simply a case of finishing off the paperwork and making an actual

announcement. Pochitino's backroom staff will comprise Jesus Perez, Miguel D'Agostino, his son, Sebastian

Pochitino, Tony Jimenez and also some club staff. They'll get long-term contracts. Reports have suggested

three years. Many are asking why Pochino is not taking position immediately.

Well, I think there was a desire on all sides for a clean break, for a fresh start going

into next season.

There wouldn't be much time for Potatino to get to know the players and work with them.

They've got matches against Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United.

Perhaps it's better to watch from afar.
