Camp Alice. It's John Campfner and Alice Thompson.

Every summer for this, one of these stories which sort of blows up and people keep

tweeting me saying, why aren't you talking about this? And I say we keep, we talk about it almost

every day, but it is one of those stories which there's this sort of sense of it not getting quite

enough coverage. Certainly south of the border is what on earth is going on in the SMP. It's been

quite the sort of turbulent few days with Alex Salmon now not giving evidence to the inquiry

into how the Scottish government handled complaints against him. He was due to give evidence today.
