So my job used to be to manage all of Kirstarmer's political relationships, whether that be

the shadow cabinet, front bench, PLP, trade

unions. So yeah, it was a big job, but also had responsibility for parliamentary and legislative

strategy. And I left just upon the election in July and I've had a lovely 15 months.

And how do you think he's doing without you?

Look, he is doing, he is approaching the job as I always knew he would, which is, look,

there isn't a lot that phases him.

You may criticise him, but he does just keep on and get on and does the job.

And I think as long as he thinks he's the right person to do the job and he does,
