What's going on, man?

0:19.6

Man, we're in the air-conditioned comfort of the home here today. We did the last one at the Roost, where we were chastised for being alcoholics and degenerates by a fucking alcoholic degenerate. I just tell you what, man. He was there before I got there. Fuck him. Unreal. That guy's been there all day, calling us names. We're going to go back there and do another show. Now I want it, like, I almost wanted to go back and do it today. Hope he was there, post up at the bar next to him. Yeah, I've never seen that poser there before. Don't like that guy. Let's get to a Pleasanton, California dive bar review. What up, Daddy?

Anyways, our collective employment predicaments meant a little bit of scratch and plenty of time to visit the college buddies in the Bay Area on the weekends.

1:43.8

We had a few friends in Pleasanton, so that became one of our favorite haunts. Have you been to Pleasanton? You're from California? I have not, man. That must be up. That's like some Bay Area kind of vibe. You've only been up to San Jose, just for WrestleMania, a real in-and-out trip. That brings me to the dive bar in question. Pastime pool. I like that. You can already picture that sign. Pastime pool, you know that. Probably neon or something. Or just one of those old plastic ones that's all like yellowed. Hell yeah. I should mention that Pleasanton is a nice town. A lot of people who work in tech, but don't want to raise a family in the city.

2:19.7

It makes pastime pool even that much more out of the ordinary.

2:23.5

Whenever we would visit Pleasanton, my old roommate Garrett and I would suggest go into pastime pool, like 20% joking.

2:30.7

That's how things always start.

2:32.7

We should go to Past Time Pool.
