Police say a mother is accused of shooting her 13-year-old son during an argument.

According to Precinct 4, they say around 5.30, they got a call saying that the mom and the son were fighting each other. It led to a verbal disturbance and ultimately let her to firing her handgun and striking the child. I mean, I don't think the average mom wants to shoot her 13-year-old son.
