For the last two years, the holiday season has been unusual, to say the least. For many people in 2020, it was difficult because they weren’t able to see their families. For many people in 2021, it's difficult because they are expected to see their families. And of course, even in the most average of years, the holidays are a source of strife for more people than you would expect. So if they’re getting you down, take a listen to this episode that will encourage you to lie to protect yourself, spray people in the face, and embrace the sanctuary of the bathroom, among other mental health tips for this trying time.
Please note that some regional policy information mentioned in this episode may be out of date; the Hannahs were referencing an article published in 2020. For up to date information on the COVID-19 policies in your state, please visit the CDC’s state health department directory.
