Edward Alamani, the person who killed Amy Lord in 2013, his conviction has just been upheld by the

Massachusetts judicial Supreme Court. One of the reasons that the case was up for appeal, the defense, Edward Alamani side,

said that the prosecutor humanized Amy Lord too much, and the SJC, the judicial Supreme Court

stated that at times the prosecutor may have went a little overboard, but they do have a right

to humanize the defendant. And the case will not be overturned on appeal. He will not be granted

a new trial. And the SJAC went on to say there's so much other evidence that that just simply

wouldn't have mattered. There's forensics, there's identifications.
