Erin I will never ever ever lie about being sick like any level of malady. My

oma was like, if you lie about being sick, I think old ethnic

grandparents are a real root of superstition.

And so she was like, if you ever lie about getting sick,

you're gonna get 10 times sicker

than what you said you were.

So I can tell any employer or friend listening.

I have never

fucking lied about being sick and this includes when I have to nod to my IBS

I think that's just good practice but I can see how it goes into the the 10 times

sicker thing yeah 10 times sicker I'm sicker I have two and one is that it's another one

around not lying but I never ever lie about

compliments I never compliment someone in a in a fake way because I feel like it

would fill me with doubt about any nice thing that people say to me if I am putting that kind of energy out into the world.

Okay, that's a good one.

But here's my one that I know is not true. I still avoid stepping on cracks on the sidewalk.
