Hello, welcome back to the Prestige TV podcast feed. I'm Joina Robinson. I'm Rob Mahoney. And I believe we're here today to issue an apology to the pigeon

0:21.2

community, Rob Mahoney. Are we though? If you did not hear earlier this week in the podcast

0:27.5

episode we did about the Netflix series, The Beast and Me, Rob dropped some inaccurate pigeon facts

0:33.7

on the pod. So Mr. Burger kebab himself, would you like to answer for your crimes?

0:40.8

You know, sometimes we swing and miss. Sometimes we think that what seems to be a shiny patch on a pigeon is oil, when in fact it is natural iridescence. So I salute the pigeons and all the shiny work that they're doing. I happen to be wrong on this one, but I maintain that a pigeon is not a spectacular bird

0:56.5

that is worth doodling in your little birding journal.

0:59.0

Okay, great, great.

0:59.9

He's just doubling down on his pigeon slander.

1:02.4

This is what we do in 2025, Joe.

1:04.8

We're here to talk about pluribus episode four titled Please Carol,

1:09.4

written by Alison Tatlock and directed by Zetna Fuentes. And

1:13.1

how did you like this episode, Romahoney? I liked it. I mean, I think we're kind of moving

1:23.5

the episode where Carol sort of starts to take control or attempt to a first

1:27.9

circumstances, which is exciting.

1:30.2

But it's not like the most action-packed episode I've ever seen.

1:34.3

One of, I mean, I think it's interesting because one of the responses we started getting

1:39.2

from listeners was why isn't Carol asking more questions or why isn't she trying, you know, harder to

1:45.5

figure out an answer or stuff like that. So I think, you know, this is, you know, this week.

1:50.1

To be fair, she spent almost all of episode two asking lots of questions. I agree. I agree.

1:55.0

And it's also grieving her wife. So.

1:58.0

Rob, you and I agree. And I would say, I would say the grief continues inside of this episode. Certainly. But there's a lot of other things going on. I do want to zoom through some listener stuff. I will say last week we decided to move sort of like, what does this show remind me of corner to this week's episode? And I will say next week, I'm going to get to a lot of the sports related emails we got because I do want to like serve the ringer audience. Yeah. But I think we're going to move that to next week just because we have like plenty to get through this week. But on that note, I just want to say the golfers, you've been heard. You've been heard. You've been heard absolutely. We get it. We understand your perspective, although do we?
