0:51.2	about the problem of consent, the problem of consent as a measuring rod for what constitutes licit or legitimate sexual activity.
1:09.0	You may have heard that California has required on college campuses.
1:15.0	The state of California requires enthusiastic consent
1:20.4	to any sexual encounter at every stage of the proceedings.
1:26.0	So consent has to be enthusiastically offered,
1:31.0	and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
1:35.9	And so the consent is sort of like this umbrella
1:39.0	that covers every sexual encounter.
1:42.1	And a short time after they did that, California applied this standard of consent to all high schools in California.
1:51.0	So what's the problem with that? Obviously someone might say if that consent is not
1:59.2	offered, if that consent is not there, then what you have is a rape, right?
2:05.0	Right, correct.
2:07.0	But what we're doing is we're turning one of God's standards, the living God, the true God, the ultimate God, one of his standards,
