I'm a little too busy, but I've been fixing that here over the last few days.

Sometimes the canary in the coal mine for me when I get going too hard as I pause for a moment and I think about the people in my life who I care about and I think how long it's been since I've talked with them meaningfully. And if it feels like it's been a long time, that's the indicator that says, all right, well, better dial that back a little bit and get the priorities straight. So it's been fun. So I hope you're getting in a lot

of that as well. I hope that you are building things and that that's going well, but that you're not

underwater. I also hope that you are not staring at your phone that much. We just got to dial that back,

my friends. I know that has nothing to do with what we're talking about today in the book of Philemon,

but it has everything to do with what is dev talking about today in the book of Philemon, but it has everything to

do with what is devouring our souls. We just got to dial it back. Be with the people we love.

I'm talking to myself more than you. I'm talking to myself more than you. You're not being lectured.

I am being lectured. Social media isn't real. The phone isn't real.

Humans being humans with other humans, going into the deep water of things that are eternal and timeless.

That's real.

Testament that is really hard to unpack and break down and that does not lend itself to the normal

format of this podcast where we just pick a book of the Bible and chip away one verse at a time
