Misery Loves Company, which was the first episode you directed. That was kind of one question we had

right at the start was why this episode, why was this the one that was your first directorial

debut there? Well, you know, it's interesting when you, when you're the showrunner you get to you assign directors to

episodes before you even start shooting that that season so i knew way in advance that this was

going to be the episode that i was going to direct and one of my favorite books and films is
