Hello.

I'm Leo from London, England, and Suzy Dent is in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

I am, and if you hear a little tingle in the background, that'll be my cat, who now is wearing a bell on her collar.

Just a little tiny bell, not one that's going to be deafening to her, because she's become a serial killer.

And I don't like this.

So, for the first time in her life, she's discovered the joy of the hunt.

And, anyway, so I apologise if you hear little bells behind me, that's what it is.

And who has she been hunting?

A little chick, which was very distressing, she bought into it, but it had just about fledged.

She bought that into the kitchen, which is really horrible.

And then a mouse, which looked dead as in dead, child's dead as a door nail.

And then, as I went very hesitantly to pick it up and give it a decent burial, it's carried off.

So, anyway, yeah, this is a bit of a tangent.

I said it was random musings from you, Suzy.

It isn't so much random musings, because I want to begin with an old riddle.
