Summary

Nick Pinkston, CEO of Plethora, has created some seriously sophisticated "intelligent" software that allows engineers and designers to upload their CAD or design files to get a fast and accurate cost manufacture as well as

a "is it possible?" design function.
The production process is fully automated and helps you analyze what you're working on in real-time and lets you know about tooling limitations, Plethora's capabilities, and how to fix any issues found.
Plethora currently focuses on CNC milling and they are continuously working on to come up with more processes. Nick Pinkston explaines how Plethora's manufacturing system connects user's designs directly to their factory. They manufacture parts on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills using 6061 Aluminum and Acetal Homopolymer.
