Hello and welcome back to another episode here at the Damage Report, where we're gonna

do it again.

The third day of the Supreme Court hearings, very serious, dignified process of long history

in America.

Well, we do the hard work of evaluating whether someone deserves to have nearly unlimited power

for the rest of their life over American society.

Or at least that's technically what we're supposed to be doing.

But JR, today is a big JR news Wednesday as we enter day three of the Amy Coney Barrier

hearings.

We're gonna be talking about it.

I'm glad that you're here because I can't take much more.

Yeah, well, I mean, here's the thing.

Good thing that these things are lifetime appointments in the Supreme Court because that would

completely eliminate any and all biases or partisanship.

I'm glad we have this situation in place to make sure that does not happen because it

doesn't happen in our Supreme Court.

Yeah, I'll say this, the idea, before we move into it, we got things to talk about before

we get into the news.

The idea of her being one of the nine just makes me feel so much dread.

The only thing that makes me feel better is the thought of her being one of the 15.

That I think I won't have as big of a problem with.

So let's move in that direction.
