So remember back in the summer in August of 2000 or 2001, excuse me, when George W Bush, the CIA flew a guy down to Crawford, Texas to hand him

a memo in person that said bin Laden determined to strike inside the U.S.

Well, apparently we've got a, you know,

a modern version of that. Now there was a memo that was put together. This is according

to ABC News. A bulletin was created by security and officials

at the Department of Homeland Security in early July.

It contained warnings that Russia was going to carry out operations

to promote, quote, this is from the intelligence community, quote,

allegations about the poor mental health of Democratic presidential

candidate Joe Biden. The draft report by the analyst had quote high confidence that Russian maligned influence

actors would attack Biden with claims of poor mental health quote to influence the outcome

of the 2020 election.

Now that analysis influence the outcome of the 2020 election.

Now that analysis, this was in July, July 9th.

And that analysis was supposed to go out to the states and you know and basically to the

American public as well I believe but specifically to the states.

And two days before it was released,

the DHS Chief of Staff John Gowanus

blocked the release with a note asking that the bulletin be held until it could be

discussed with Chad Wolf, the guy who claims to be the head of Department of

Homeland Security, but according to the law and according to the Inspector
