every few nights for a couple of weeks. A few weeks later, he texted me with a link to a Gore video, saying,

these things happen in war. If you can't handle this, war is not for you.

We checked the ring the next morning, and he sat outside his apartment,

staring at our door for the rest of the night.

I cannot stress enough how real this encounter is. I know it's crazy. I know it sounds fake.
