1:21.7 | And not to be a court is to be entirely excluded, effectively entirely excluded from power. |
1:29.0 | So, of course, this is not, like now, Parliament is not that important. |
1:33.8 | Parliament doesn't meet that often. |
1:35.9 | The place to be is to be a court. |
