All right, everybody, welcome to a special edition of the Untitled Jeff Buck podcast.

We are here at Playoffs Media Day in Las Vegas, and we're going to be talking to some of the playoff drivers.

It's sort of an open availability here at the South Point Casino, and so we're just going to be walking up to drivers who don't have anybody

else talking to them and seeing if they'll answer a couple questions. So not sure who will get

and what they'll say and how much time we'll have, but we'll try to cram in as much as we can here

and make it sort of a fun and entertaining podcast for you to listen to. I ask people on Twitter

if they'd rather have a podcast or a video and podcast won out.

So that is what we're going to do.

It'll be somewhat similar to the post-race podcast at Indy last week where I just was walking

up to the drivers on pit road and the banquet podcast last year during Champions Week here in Vegas.

So all the drivers are about to come in and be available,

and we are going to walk up to them and spring them onto the podcast.

So let's see what happens.

Let's start with Denny Hamlin.

So the other day you talked to me and you weren't in the best mood. This is better today, I assume? Uh, sure. Yeah. But I was nice to you, right? You were

absolutely nice. I just walked up to you and I felt bad because I was like, oh gosh, this is not the best

time to talk to him, you know? Yeah, it was a, it was a bad time. And I was coming off a bad interview, too like, oh, gosh, this is not the best time to talk to him, you know?

Yeah, it was a bad time. And I was coming off a bad interview, too. I mean, I think you kind of witnessed that. I was peeved by one of the questions, and that just set me off a little bit.

But you were good. Do your great journalism, as always.

What would your interview style be if you were a reporter? Like, would you be

somebody that goes after the news like Lee here? Would you be like more focused on personality?

You know, like, I don't think I, no, I think, no, I don't know what my, no, I don't have any bad ones anymore.
