Figure out ways to avoid, you know, picking up 5,000, you know, 20 minutes, although the last two were very questionable.

Just continue to figure out ways to continue to take steps forward, and as the body continues to evolve, as the body continues to get older, you have to think smarter, you have to think harder, but also have to work smarter.
