Hello and welcome to the weekend edition of Inside the Huddle.

There are just four teams left standing now.

One of the best days in the NFL calendar will decide who advances to Super Bowl 45 in North Texas.

Mike Carlson of the BBC is with me.

Or Dallas, as the rest of us call.

Officially North Texas, but we all know it's Dallas.

And this is one of the best weekends. The AFC and NFC championship game for me, sometimes they're more intense than Super Bowl. Certainly the atmosphere is great, and they make for really good occasions. No, I agree. It's like Thanksgiving instead of Christmas. You get the same meal, but you don't have any of attendant trauma that goes on with the two-week build-up, you know, in the high expectations.

And I'm looking forward to both games.

And I think they actually turn out to be pretty good match-ups, particularly Pittsburgh and the Jets.

Yeah, well, you can follow the Super Bowl semifinals if you want to call them something other than the conference championships this weekend, Sky Sports 2 and BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra.

Also highlights to be on BBC as well, BBC 2, Tuesday night, 10 past midnight.

And Mike, let's start in the NFC where the Green Bay Packers visit the Chicago Bears. Both these teams won 12 games up until this point. This is the third

time they've met. They split the series. The Bears win 2017 in week three. The Packers sneak into

the playoffs with a 10-3 win in week 17. Yeah, and that 10-3 win, it's hard to tell exactly how much that meant to the Bears at that time.
