What's up everyone? Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show, episode 178. It's the second to last regular season podcast. Scott, it seems like forever ago that we kicked

off the season in spring training. So much has happened with this team this year. Yeah, it's been

an up and down season. It's definitely been more positive than negative. We had a slight lull.

It was bigger than slight. It was a long low in the middle of the summer, but they started with a bang and

looks like they're ending with a bang. So very good things. You know, it looks like we're going for that wild card. Boston keeps winning after they lost one game, three game with what, four to go. So looking tough. It's going to be an uphill battle, a glimmer of hope, I think, after the Yankees won on Wednesday, excuse me, on Tuesday and the Red Sox lost, that maybe they could

push the Red Sox to the brink and maybe face them in that tiebreaker that we talked about a couple weeks ago. Not that I don't think anyone even really wants that for the Yankees to be playing two extra games to even get into the Division Series. But yeah, it just looks like it's just too little too late for the Yankees to be playing two extra games to even get into the division series.
